Since 1990, Real Estate Inspection Services has been a local and established company that has been tried and tested in the field, and is true to the certifications and the experience it has accumulated by performing over 7000 inspections. Bob Haley and Shawn Davis of REIS are not part of a franchise or multi-inspector firm and are proud to be the individuals that always answer the phone to give one on one direct service. REIS offers radon evaluations and always gives a certified roof inspection included with each home inspection. We are equipped with Sentri cards for the convenience of the agents, and can organize separate inspections upon request for pest, HVAC, and others during the time of the home inspection. Reports are provided within 24 hours and a walk-through of the inspection can be given on site. We would appreciate our service to be used at least once to show how we differ ourselves to provide both the agent and client a great and valuable home inspection.

"This hasn’t been a smooth process for me. There was a lack of communication. The team that came out was not prepared or detailed oriented and they did not properly cleanup their messes. When they arrived they did actually work the work just wasn’t satisfactory. I appreciate that Tristan did attempt to make things right. I’m disappointed at the fact that I wasn’t included in the decision making process as only I have a vision of how I want my home to look. The door is gorgeous. Thank you to Roger Soto for making the effort to do the work with pride and effort. Just because it wasn’t a smooth process for me doesn’t mean the same for you. "Lesson learned. Always get an estimate. BEFORE the work is done. At least a digital copy. Arrangements for the project were made, with some one named Lynn, for the company to send someone to complete the work. We were quoted over the phone 4500-5000 which included a mold test. A sub contractor with an entirely different company (National Mold Company) was sent. When the contractor arrived, he stated that the job would be much more simpler than first thought. This led us to believe that the job would cost less, no. All said and done, they charged $5500. All said and done, it's almost like no work was done. The stains and the smell are still there. Only one actual board was taken upon the attic room. The ceiling in the bedroom was primed and painted but are still visible and have a funky smell. At this point I'm going to. Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."

Since then, Alan of All-Dry has been constantly educated and kept abreast of the latest technologies.
