"Keith remodeled our bathrooms. He did fantastic work! Highly skilled and detail oriented. He offered great advice, finished on schedule, and cleaned up every day. He is honest and easy to communicate with. Amazing all around!"

"Carlos helped us with our kitchen remodel and he could not have been greater. He does really clean work, never left a mess, always came when he said he would and wow, is my kitchen beautiful now. He really worked with us to get best results, which I particularly liked. He is also an all around delightful person to have in your house day after day. I'd never hire anyone but him to do work at our house and I would recomend him to friends."

"Blake and Ty were great to work with and did an excellent job in putting tiles around our bathroom and flooring. The job involved installing a new bathroom in our basement that originally did not have anything down there. The finished product was exceptional. I would recommend these guys for most anything that you need in your remodeling plans - they are honest and really take great pride in their work. You can't go wrong with these guys. "Had LVP installed in my home by Catawba Valley Flooring and will definitely use again. They were very courteous and professional and my floors look amazing. They are very reasonably priced."

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. Many Thanks, Rudy & Diane Davis"

"Mike provided me with a free quote on staining 2 sides of an acre of cedar privacy fence. The quote was very fair and his crew started the work within 2 days. A couple little things were missed and Mike sent his crew back out immediately to correct the situation. Outstanding customer service and communication. That is hard to find in these days. ALSO Mike emailed me and indicated that the crew finished the project in less time than he estimated and he adjusted the invoice accordingly. WHO DOES THAT? Mike at paragon runs his business with honesty and integrity, that is what it boils down to. He even added an extra discount because he had to send the crew back out for some minor touch up. In these times it is refreshing to work with a business like paragon. I would recommend Mike and his team no matter what your project is. Relax knowing you will get quality work and he is Extremely fair and honest."

"Taking into account the fickle fall weather here, it went exceptionally well. Our original intention was to fix a few leaks with a patch job. Upon opening up the roof, the contractor found some rotted joints and sheathing, along with water-damaged insulation. Determined it'd be better to construct a whole new roof support, Consequently, the cost went from $5400 to $6900. But we were assured the new roof would last 25-30 years. Their boss was very knowledgeable and personable, reiterating to call him anytime if any problems evolve. I believe Simple Works can easily set the standard for other roofers in Gallatin Valley (Montana)."

"Everything went well. The guys were on time, which is nice. They worked. They didn't sit around smoking cigarettes, which I have had a problem with when I've used other contractors. Will use again."

"The whole experience was very good. Being a widow, I appreciate the thoroughness which both Shane and JD used during this repair. They explained what they were doing and even showed pictures they had taken of the area and the lint they discovered. They replaced the belt, vacuumed out the lint within the area and checked my dryer hose, which I had recently replaced, for lint. They checked and cleaned the outside dryer exhaust area. They were both just great to deal with. I would definitely recommend them for their great service! Shane was not here the whole time, but left after the drum was removed and it was confirmed that it was the belt that needed replacing. I thought that was a great way to handle this so only one tech was here doing the majority of the job. Shane came back later to help reinserting the drum. They worked well as a team."
