"Javier started July 12, 2024. We met at Lowes to pick up new shed at 10am. after picking up shed. I told him to meet at house but i had a few stops to do before heading back. he asked if he could get a burger and i said OK but don't take long. when I got home, he was not here yet, so I called him. he was still in Lodi having lunch. I was upset. because he wanted to start before, I had shed cleaned out he help unload shed. then he started to take down old shed. about several hours of unscrewing, he got mad and start to saw the shed when the sparks hit me i asked him not to use the saw again because it can catch something on fire. he was told several times. I was getting upset. he did work until 8 pm. next day he started the new shed. We had a few disagreements thought out the day. about 6 pm I told him it was time to pack up because my mother and i was tired and hungry and it too another hour to pack up. i missed our dinner date. before leaving Javier said to us that he would not be back until Monday. i was in shock so i said OK. Monday, he shows up a few minutes before 10am and start working. Monday afternoon i tell him he not working after 5 and he got mad and said he can't work Tuesday because he has other job. i told him he needs to call the other client and let them know he is still not finished, and he will be a little lateo on Tuesday. i said to him in the beginning that he should not get any jobs until he is sure he will be done with my job because i am on a deadline with my park. he went ahead and scheduled know he was not going to be done. so today it took another four hours to finish. then before he started this job, we agreed on $1000 for the hole job. when he finished, he hands me an invoice $1100. i said we didn't agree on dump fee as well. we agreed he would recycle the shed metal. well, he tells me he couldn't recycle because it was dirty metal. i know better than that but paid him just to get him off my property. i was so upset that i decided to wait to call or talk to Angi or do a review because i was mad as a hornet. I will never hire anyone from this company again. they are not qualified/professional like they say on tv or website. then I had a friend over to look at shed work and he said it was done incorrectly so i had to hire another contractor to redo what Javier did. he put the wrong panels together which in turn made she smaller it was and missing parts too. I do not want Javier ever to come back to my property again."

"Responsive at first. Came out and charged the 75.00 fee to give estimate. Was told I would hear the following business day (which was Monday) and he would give me quote and be able to come out. Never heard anything. I text a few days later asking for update and he again said he was waiting for price on parts and would get back to me. "They destroyed the whole pipes that caused flooding to my neighbors. The water was off and every other day we need to go out to the street to turn it on. This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch.
