He did an excellent job explaining their products with his in-depth knowledge and perspective and he also helped us to get a good deal for the roofing project, which finally convinced us to take their service. Chris then walked us through the scheduling process, keeping us in a loop every step of the way. He always explained all the details from selection of different types of top quality CertainTeed shingles to the many years warranty service and answered every question patiently from us. The installation crew also did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly and as scheduled. Chris performed the quality check with us afterwards and we are very satisfied with the newly replaced roof which is gorgeous.
