"They removed the old driveway and put down the new in two days then they replaced a old sidewalk with a new one and it only took two days they were very good at laying concrete if you want landscaping done to fish off the driveway make sure you tell them to include in the quote. They will need to bring in dirt or sand to finish your edges which you need to ask they include in the quote. But they were very courteous and on time"

"I had problems in our back yard with water pooling during heavy rainfall and was concerned about possible flooding of our house and garage.  We have a pool and concrete patio, so I knew this was not going to be an easy fix.

Rob came out and spent about 2 hours looking over our situation and talking about options.  After he left, he came up with a single plan with components so we could proceed one step at a time, then wait and evaluate the success of that step or do a number of steps at once. 

Since we we were very concerned about the possibility of flooding, we elected to proceed with regrading, adding an exterior drainage line from the garage to the street, replacing an existing line from the house to the street, adding catch basins and re-grading areas around the house and garage.

The work was done at the days and times arranged; the crew was very considerate and professional and the work was beautiful.  

Most importantly, we have had several very heavy rainfalls and the solutions we had implemented by Works By Rob are performing as well as we had hoped.   We had no accumulation of water and no worries!"

"I have had a few problems with water ponding in places around my house.  I put in drains around one side of the house, but recently noticed a crack in the wall over a closet.  They spent quite a while inspecting the other walls (closets, bathrooms, and all bedrooms, hallways and kitchen), inside as well as outside, and measured the depth of the foundation in several places around the house.  When they were through, everything was explained to me so that I could understand it, including the fact that what I had wasn't an actual crack, but a small compression fracture due to the constant rain and wet soil.  I was advised that unless more actual cracks in the walls or brick appear, that there was no need to worry about the compression fracture. They were extremely professional and polite, and spent quite a bit of time inspecting the house and explaining their findings to me.
