"Be was outstanding to work with. Was professional from the first encounter to the last. He came in with a mock-up of his work and the quality that he adheres to and it showed through the entire project he did for us. He replaced two sides of our fence that were about to fall down. The lumber he chose was top notch. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Key examples of this was his willingness to fit us in during a weekend so that we did not have to wait weeks. This was because of concerns of an aggressive dog next door. He took our old gate that was fairly new and installed it used it on our neighbors fence to take their old gate and make it more secure (at no additional charge). He even noticed that we had a low area in our yard that was collecting water. He asked if we minded if he took the dirt from the holes he dug and used it to build up the low area so that water did not puddle anymore. I could not be happier with the end result. "I hired Texas Premier to come and perform a full PEX pipe replacement and tankless water heater installation for a home with galvanized steel piping. The team leader (Ben) was on time for the appointment to check out the home. He was very knowledgeable and an expert at explaining what his team needed to do and how long it would likely take. He also explained the various choices involved with the job, and the upside/downside of each choice. He worked very hard to make sure to give us the choice and not pressure us one way or another, and to make sure we were informed and comfortable with what would be done. The job itself was performed very well also – the team made a strong effort to not make more cuts in the drywall than were necessary, and when possible to cut in places that were easier for drywall repair later. They also did a stellar job on the gas supply and venting lines for the new tankless heater – all unexpected work that didn’t faze them at all. After they were done they did a good job of sweeping and cleaning up – we could barely tell they anyone had been in the house making cuts to the drywall. After all the work was finished, I had a couple of questions/concerns that Ben answered by adding a few additional small jobs to his scope of work for free just to make sure we were happy. Overall their team did an excellent job and we were very pleased! I would absolutely recommend Texas Premier to anyone for plumbing installation or repair work. They are absolute professionals."

"<p>This company I was very impressed,it started out that Dustin Eaton came out with a helper to run snake down tub drain, in doing so the old cast/lead pipes came apart. We had gotten City of Houston water supply and sewerage about 6 years ago and the tub was allways a problem. After he ran the snake, he said to his helper to run the water and he looked under the house ( Pier & Beam home) and said the pipe were leaking. Also seen that the toilet seal also appeared to be leaking. So I said lets fix it right and get it done. He quoted me on the spot of $1300.00, I thought that was a far price as it took 3 men working under house and dugging trench  to connect pipe to existing pipe. They found a stump in that area where the line needed to go, they brought in extra help to get that out of way.Price never changed</p> <p>On his first visit I understood he had to charge me for the drain cleaning so that is the other $125.00 added to price. Everyone in office starting with the Lady ( Lets not forget the person making the the first appointment) that answered the phone to the servicemen get 5 STARS in my book.They even send me a thank you card via mail with a magnet for the refrig.</p> <p>You bet I will be using them again</p>"
