Roger and another tech arrived early for our appointment and went to examine the area after we provided them the information we had. "The tech arrived during the scheduled time period. He called before his arrival. Once onsite he was professional, knowledgeable and expedient in treating the house and surrounding yard.  The work was done quickly and he then spent time explaining what he had done and where. When in the house he wore coverings over his shoes and left everything back in place after moving furniture as needed to spray the interior of the house. He also explained what to expect and how much time to allow for the treatment to work. He explained that if after that time we saw any insects at all to call them and he would be back out to retreat as necessary. That has not been necessary.  I would not hesitate to recommend Preventive Pest Control to anyone. <br />"

"I called Omega because every fall, I kept hearing the sounds of animals running around my attic.  I had previously called other wildlife removal services, and while these efforts provided a short-term fix, I was looking for something more permanent. <br /> Omega fit the bill in that they received great reviews and they provided a minimum five-year warranty for their work.  (That warranty could be extended to a lifetime warranty with the agreement to purchase some extra bait boxes for a year and have them serviced over that period.)  <br /> My house in Houston was serviced by Cameron Mackley, who clearly knows his stuff and was very patient in answering my many technical questions.  He was also very responsive whenever I contacted him.  (As an example, I once sent him a text early on a Saturday morning about a question I had, and he called back within minutes.)  I appreciate that excellent customer service.  Cameron's colleague Zach was likewise very helpful in answering my questions about the bait boxes. <br /> Omega is certainly not a cheap option, but the five-year/lifetime warranty is unparalleled, and to me, worth it.  One thing I would encourage Omega to clarify, however, is the nature of the discount available to Angie's List members.  As I logged on to write this review, I noticed a 10% coupon for Angie's List members. "Marcus came and checked the possible access points of squirrels around my house. He placed a one-way door at the soffit hole and sealed another access point with sheet metal. He returned 13 days later to remove the one-way door and sealed the soffit hole with metal after the squirrels in the attic were all gone. . He then painted the metal with matching color of the rest of the soffit. His work is professional and the price is very reasonable. He did not propose to do unnecessary work like some other wildlife control companies to get 7 to 8 more times money. I highly recommend this company if you have wildlife problem at your house."
