"Mike came out prompty to look at the damaged siding. Came out a second time to show me color samples for the replacement siding. Told me when the siding would be received and came out today and did the work. He and his helper cleaned up after the work was done. They did an excellant job of fixing the siding. He had given me a very reasonable estimate. I have asked him for an estimate to replace the roof and will have him do the work. Very professionable and friendly. I will recommend him to friends and family for any work they might need done."

"We were looking into redoing our old deck and got a quote which we thought was reasonable for our large deck. Then for another estimate, we called 7th State Builders. They explained that for the same cost, we could get a paver stone patio (which in the long run is far less maintenance). The owner worked with our budget and the gentlemen who laid our pavers were extremely professional and worked within our wishes. They removed the deck and finished the patio in about a week. Awesome job! After a week or so, it had rain for a period of time and we noticed that a small dip in the patio was collecting a puddle. After a call, they came out and fixed the problem. We would definitely recommend this company for a patio."

"Excellent. they did everything i could expect. Wash, bleach, sand, secure loose nails, replace boards in the deck and on top of the railing, stain & seal. They covered all the plants around the deck and protected any siding from damage. Very professional. Eager to answer any questions and make sure I was satisfied. We did a walk through when finished after the head guy did his own walk through and redid anything not satisfactory. I had this done 2 years ago by another company and the effort was so much better this time I could not compare it. I will definitely call them again in 3 years or so to renew the seal and protect the deck."
