At the time of estimate, he had already restored my gutters without prompting or even asking. Set an appointment for a Saturday, early, and although he arrived sooner than expected he simply waited until the appropriate time to approach my door. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! The siding took a bit longer due to difficulty matching my 16 yr. old siding (an exact match was no longer being manufactured). I learned this is a common problem.
