"They took a while to come out and do the work. First appointment was in December and no one showed or called. Second appointment for inspection was in January. Then they said they would come out to do the work and it took them another 3 weeks. In that time they were also looking for a new fireplace screen for us. Could not find what we needed so came out and sealed the chimney as requested. They came in and did the work and we felt did an honest job."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "The job was professional from start to finish. WEV started the job when promised and completed it on time. The work was done professionally and safely which was extremely important since the job was 30-40 feet off the ground. "After I called for an estimate, he was out already, so he came by that afternoon.  He looked at the situation, gave me a couple of choices for fixing it and an estimate.  Since I knew it was a relatively small job for him (although a big problem for me)  I did not expect to be at the top of the jobs list.  He said he would be working  in the area and he could come by and fix it in  a week or so  if I was not in a big hurry.  I was willing to wait but to my happy surprise,  he came back and fixed it all completely within two days!  It looks and works  great !"

"The lead was around a pipe that had to be replaced and the cement sealing wasn't quite right.  My home repair efforts were for naught and when there was a heavy rain I would go through several towels and a bucket to captor the water that came through.  The team reviewed what was going on, didn't laugh and my efforts, just explained they wouldn't work.  They did their thing and found that the other contractor had left the original pvc and put the new copper pipe through the pvc so when the ground was saturated then water would seep through the pvc so that's why what I had done wouldn't work it wouldn't adhere to the pvc.  They replaced the cement around the pipe and probably did another thing or two repacked that area more thoroughly than before and, fingers crossed, so far no leaks.   <br /> They did let me know that if this didn't work they would need to approach a solution front he outside in and since I saw a small area that seemed to get damp from the heavy rains we've had I checked that ought for an estimate and I decided that for now since there was no leaks I'd wait and see. <br />"

"Top notch work! These guys really want the customer to be happy with the job. I had 200 Amp Service installed plus a 50 Amp sub-panel on a new garage. Brad Basham came out to do the estimate and he was one step ahead of me the whole way knowing exactly what was needed for a quality job exceeding my expectations. He suggested a surge suppressor on the panel for my needs before I did after describing my requirements and use of the electric service. I wanted a particular sub-panel for a 50A RV hook-up and he understood why and went out of his way to get the proper equipment. The guys showed up and did a better job than I could. They would even ask for my input on multiple ways to run the service and sub-panel to make sure the customer was happy. Unbelievable top notch work from start to finish."

"A little messy and slightly careless about getting material on surround floor, cabinets, etc...setting a few tools on furniture, etc. Easy to work with and took correction well, though. Did a great job and I would not hesitate to use this service again. He was, however, completely befuddled by the pocket door, and I still don't have a good solution to make that fully operational again -- something that should have been addressed prior to start. He had a really hard time installing the shower door, and it took 4 hours; I chalk that to inexperience in that area. It worked out ok. Pricing was good and flexible, and he is a good person. His helper was somewhat idle and probably not needed -- a factor that could have saved him and me some money and would come into question if I used him again."
