Once I walked out on my new patio I TOTALLY GOT IT! The patio is beautiful with such character and quality. IT feels totally solid but I know it will last forever. Not only did I love the outcome but the process was truly impressive. While we had a few changes and adjustments along the way I got to see what service really meant from our team. Our Designer Craig, our project manager Mark and our install team lead by Baldo all made it possible. Initially we had a confusion with the design and they stepped up and just fixed everything. We had an issue with the date and had to push it and they couldnâ t be more accommodating. We finally got to the actual install and im sure these poor guys thought they were in the clearâ ¦.but not quite. They started to pull the stones into the back yard and had to stop Baldo and say it wasnâ t the color I wanted. Without a secondâ s hesitation he had the whole crew stopped and the Mark on the phone to make sure my back yard was exactly what I wanted. They pushed double time and had it all switched in a matter of days. Its service like that that gives me no hesitation to recommend them. Every project an have its hiccups but this team will make it all run smoothly. Thank you all for your help my dog cooper, my husband and I are all thrilled with our new outdoor living space."

"Bella Rosa was a joy to work with and they did amazing work Having our yards ravaged by water rationing during the drought we decided we wanted at least our backyard to be artificial grass in preparation for more possible drought years. Travis came out and talked us through our options. Initially, we were only going to do our back yard but the pricing and options convinced us to do both front and back at the same time. Travis and company answered all of our questions no matter how odd. They left multiple samples of turf for us so we could test out what look we liked best under various lighting conditions. They also provided the names of multiple paver companies they worked with and told us where we could see samples of the pavers live. All the work on the front and back took a stunningly short one week. We have received rave reviews from friends, family, and neighbors about the work. We would 100% recommend Bella Rosa to anyone looking for artificial grass or hardscape."

"The stepped brick walkway in the front of my house was in disrepair and in need of replacement. I sent Tom photos of the area with measurements and he gave two quotes remotely, one to put stepped concrete in its place and one to extend the driveway without steps. Ultimately, I opted to extend the driveway for the extra space. On the day of the installation Tom and his crew arrived on time, quickly removed the brick walkway and set the new concrete with new concrete box and lid for the sewer valve. He also advised that I replace a portion of the bottom of the driveway adjacent to the project area because it had lifted over time and would be a tripping hazard. Overall the project went smoothly and was priced more reasonably than two other estimates I got."
