They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. They either would not return my call, or did not show up for scheduled appointments, or both. US Shingle came out right away (for which I am grateful because it was late on a Friday) and within 15 minutes (literally) had inspected my roof and was in contact with my insurance provider. "I,E.L.Sivels Capital Llc, stand firm, project move at a steady pace, but there was a few items that I was concerned about, the offset in the front of the roof pitch, wind prone shingles dangling at the corners, nails that was use as support was nail to the top layer of the shingles, expose wood that is subject to weather that should have been felt or flash. I have made several attempts in good faith reaching out, to get the problem solved.In all fairness he does call and response verbally to my concerns, but the conversation never leads to resolving the said problems that I am concern with."
