"John and his crew recently redid the entire outside of the house. Tore off the old and installed new siding, trim, soffits, etc. He was very fairly priced. John is on the job and is in constant communication with you about the progress. The job was not rushed. You can tell they have passion for their craft and treat each job with care. A lot of attention to details, both big and small. John will talk you through options to any unforeseen issue. He kept his original quoted price and didn't ask for more money to repair unexpected rot and/or additional labor time. John's recommendation for a mason for stone work on the porch was great. Additionally his recommendation for a gutters installer was great too. We have received a lot of compliments from neighbors and others walking by. I would absolutely recommend John Cecere Siding"

"Working with Pinnacle Roofing 786 was a pleasure. The owner is very responsive, pays attention to all details and aspects of the job process, and communicative. The workers that showed up arrived on time and worked quickly. We reached out to Pinnacle Roofing to inspect my roof and they pointed out some areas that needed major attention and provided options of repair versus full roof replacement. We decided to go with the full roof replacement and could not be happier. So far no issues and we already have tested the roof with snowy and wet weather. Customer service has been excellent. Contacted Pinnacle Roofing to come by and check something months after the job was complete, and had someone at my door a couple of days later. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

Brothers resided our new home, replaced the roof, gutters, soffits, flashing of the chimney, replaced a new window, and pitched part of one of our chimney's. The work was impeccable. The owner was available for questions, the foreman was approachable, the workers kept the property neat, and our home looks brand new on the exterior. "Deniz did a great job sealing a leak in my roof, swapping out some damaged siding, and installing a new glass slider door. We had a little trouble with the latch - not his fault; it's how Andersen milled the holes - and a great measure of someone you hire is how things turn out in the end when everything isn't perfect out of the box. The door slides & locks perfectly, seal is perfect (unlike the old slider this replaced). We're very happy with the jobs all around and would hire him again no problem."
