"John and his crew did a great job!. They showed up on time everyday and got the job done rain or shine. They re-sided my whole house installed a double hung window, bow window and glass slider. One of the windows were the wrong size and he was able to adapt and install a new header to make it work. Unfortunately John got into a motorcycle accident in the middle of the job but he stilled worked two days latter cutting siding for his crew. Great guy, polite, reasonable and easy to work with. I recommended him to a co-worker and she was happy with the work as well. I would be a reference and recommend him anytime"

"We just had a roof done by home genius exteriors. We started with Justine at our door setting up an appointment for someone to tell us about the process. The next day Dan came and explained how the company works. He even crawled around our attic to show us the damage. Within 2 days our roof was in the process of being installed. Zach the project manager stopped by 3 times during that day to see how the work was being done. What a professional company. Everyone that we spoke to or met was very professional and friendly,. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"Deniz did a great job sealing a leak in my roof, swapping out some damaged siding, and installing a new glass slider door. We had a little trouble with the latch - not his fault; it's how Andersen milled the holes - and a great measure of someone you hire is how things turn out in the end when everything isn't perfect out of the box. The door slides & locks perfectly, seal is perfect (unlike the old slider this replaced). We're very happy with the jobs all around and would hire him again no problem."

"We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. His team actually not only replaced all the damage but even removed my front living room window, reframed and replaced, as well as sheet rocked, spackled and painted the inside seamlessly. Paul stated the entire process would take 2-3 weeks.
