"Although this job completed within the expected timeframe, the noteworthy item about this job was Felipe's ability to troubleshoot unexpected problems and either solve or propose alternate solutions. Several times, throughout this project, I though we had hit a roadblock and that I would not get the result I wanted; however, Felipe always came through with a solution that either met or exceeded my expectations! Felipe pays close attention to details to make sure that I am a happy and satisfied customer, and he will go through incredible lengths to achieve that successful result. For example, we had difficulty finding the security doors I wanted and the replacement tiles I needed. I was at the point of giving up, but Felipe persevered and the end result was extraordinary!!! He explained the opener in detail, showing me how to program it, proper maintenance (e.g.,where to oil the door hinges) and then operated the door. He also, at my request, attached a keypad outside the door for remote-less opening. Showed me the manual and pages relevant to my concerns. Was pleasant and professional throughout."

"Our garage has 2 separate doors, both of which needed servicing and openers (one had an opener that wasn't working well, and the other had no opener at all). <br /> My request for a quote was answered within 24 hours and the quote was done within the next 24 hours. When I called to schedule the appointment, they got me on the schedule the following day. <br /> Roger, Dynamic's technician, was prompt, courteous, and thoroughly professional. He explained what he would be doing and looked into a couple of other issues I asked about, including the springs. He advised that the springs weren't up to snuff, and since I know they're 20 years old, that didn't surprise me. He explained that replacing the springs now would only add the cost of the springs (no extra labor charge) and when he only had one of the proper size on his truck he went out and got another within about 30 minutes. He completed the work in a timely manner and he left the garage floor cleaner than it was when he arrived. <br /> My thanks to Roger and the folks at Dynamic Garage Door. "I was happy with the work they performed and was willing to pay a little bit more then I was expecting. One item they said they could do was to install a magnetic lock and tie it into our computer system. I printed and gave them the schematics which they took with them. After calling them multiple times they did not return any of my calls. I figured they decided not to do the additional work. I don't mind if they don't want to do it but at the very least please just call me and let me know. Lastly, the lock they repaired is giving problems again. I am not sure if I should call again."

"After interviewing several contractors, my wife and I hired American Home Improvement to remodel our master bathroom, guest bathroom, and laundry room in West Hollywood. Within hours of initially contacting them, AHI sent a project manager, Neev, to our house to generate a quote. From the outset, Neev was very detail oriented, picked up on a couple of issues that other contractors had missed, and sat down with us to come up with a quote on-site. AHI’s price was comparable to other bids we had received, so we ultimately chose them for the project because they seemed the most service-oriented and capable of delivering what we wanted. I’m glad we did. Neev was very responsive, communicative, and organized throughout the project. He helped us work through a couple of issues that arose in renovating a nearly 100-year old house without nickel and diming us. His foreman, Tal, was very hands-on and helped us settle some design issues, and the entire crew was polite and very respectful of our home (unlike some other subcontractors we’ve had in the past). They were also willing to work a few weekends to help us stay on schedule. Ultimately, despite some setbacks for which AHI was not responsible (e.g., materials delivered broken or late due to coronavirus), the team was able to finish the project within the time we had originally budgeted and we are thrilled with the work."
