"This is over a month in time and the leak turned into a stream of gushing hot water. There was a also a leak at the shut off valve so you couldn't cut off the water to the house completely. That had to be fixed first. While that was getting done, I had three different plumbers come out with an estimate of over $500. Each said they would be back the next day. Two of them I got off Angie's List of the top plumbers in my area. Of course, I didn't get a name since they would be back. Wish I had as I would certainly mention them by name on here. They didn't even have the courtesy to call. I did finally figure out cutting the hot water heater off so my gush was now cold water. I called Keith the Plumber and he came out. Was here maybe an hour and fixed my problem for just over $100. Knew exactly what the problem was. Very professional and a really nice, honest man so, I would highly recommend him. He is now in my contact list for plumbers."

"I had problems earlier this year and they came and installed a valve for easy access to my sewer line. I thought I had a leak in my sewer system but it turned out to be the county's main line. 
Hired someone to pressure wash my deck and they couldn't get water from the faucet. I had not used the water faucet all year. So I called Jan and he came out the next day. All it required was for him to turn the valve back on. Took him less than 10 seconds. While it was their fault and it required a phone call on my part, he was prompt in coming to see what happened.
He is a very honest person and yes, I would use him again.
