"Wayne provided good, thorough service. Unfortunately the diagnosis was a bad condenser. I did not wish to replace the part at a cost of $1400 for the refrigerator that sits in the garage. He put me in contact with someone who will remove the old one for free and who also has refurbished or scratch/dent appliances that comes with a 1-year warranty. I call that going above and beyond what turned out to be a diagnostic service call. I will keep his name and number for the next time I need appliance repair work."

The technician, Brian, called to confirm the appointment and had our repair done in less than 1.5 hours. He was personable and professional and had everything ready to get the job done. He even let me watch the entire process, as I often try to fix things myself when I’m able. Repairs and labor were all done below my expected estimate. I would definitely hire this company again."

They were very courteous and professional from appointment scheduling, notification prior to the repair as well as the repair work itself. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for other appliance repairs."

"Called them in the am...the service man (David) called me within literally 2 minutes. He was in the area and said he could be to my house within 15-20 minutes. He showed up exactly when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem. He said they had the part at their warehouse and could likely do the repair later in the day if I called and let him know within the next 30 min or so. I decided to go ahead with the repair and called him shortly after he left. He got the part and returned within maybe 15 minutes. He did the repair and checked everything else out while things were apart. He was done within maybe 30 minutes and my washer seems good as new. David was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I called them at 9:22am (I just checked)...by approx 11 am everything was fixed and I could continue washing our guest sheets (and it probably would have been faster if I approved the repair immediately!). Fantastic experience with David and Everday Appliance Repair. We will certainly use them again when the need arises."

"The Other Guy appliance repair was able to come out the next day to diagnose our broken dryer. The heating element needed to be replaced and he had the part in his truck so he was able to fix it right then. The dyer is working great now. We were also able to pay with a credit card which made it extra convenient. I'm not sure how much repairs normally cost but it seemed a bit high to me. Though considering the excellent service and punctuality I'd use these guys again"
