"Dishonest.. companies like this is who you want to stay away from. Don’t use them. Tech came and tried to charge me 965 dollars for minor toilet leak. To buy the part which is a gasket and some screws it would cost me 965. If I were to replace the entire toilet it would cost me 1500.00! The kohler genuine part cost is 7.00 on Amazon and Home Depot. So even if they had 100% markup on the it should have cost 14-15 dollars for the part. That means they wanted to charge 950+ dollars in labor. Lowe’s sells a brand new kohler toilet for 199.99 and will professionally install it for 250.00! This company is dishonest. Don’t use them."

The second time I used them, they sent an inexperienced plumber who told me he had to remove my toilet to clean out a clogged drain pipe. He got his snake stuck and had to call for backup. The more experience plumber immediately found the cleanout, which made the removal of my toilet completely unnecessary, and within minutes, got the snake unstuck. They then charged my $400 for the completely unnecessary toilet removal. Ovoid this company at all cost."
