"Just moved into a new house. Discovered the curbside water main valve was impossible to turn on my own. I contacted a different plumbing company and requested an estimate for putting in a private water main valve between the city valve and my home. I waited several days and did not receive the estimate, so I called Casa View Plumbing to request an estimate from them. Casa View recommended I contact the City to see if they would replace their own valve (a City water technician had previously told me they would not replace the valve until it was completely unworkable for their crews.) <br /> <br /> So, I did. And Dallas water Utilities did, in fact, replace the valve with one I can easily use on my own in case of a plumbing emergency. "Great! The customer service was friendly on the phone when I made an appointment on Sat morning. Luckily it was Sat when I had this problem because they charge more on Sundays. They had someone available the same day in 2-3 hours. The company customer service called me again 1.5 hours later saying the technician is on his way and will be there in 30 mins. 15 minutes later, the Roto-Rooter truck pulls up. <br /> The technician was professional and courteous, the price was in the range of what I expected. He listened to my husband's jokes and even joked along. After clearing the sewer line, we asked the technician to take a look at an old tub facet drip to get a quote. He recommended that, due to the corrosion around the facet, replacing the whole tub fixture would be cheaper if we were planning to remodel anyway. The corrosion could cause the fixture to break during the dissemble. <br /> Another thing to note is that he took care to put on shoe covers to protect from dirtying our floor. I really appreciated that. <br /> I'm very happy with the service and will be a customer again if/ when I have another plumbing problem. <br />"

"Stop and read this recommendation. I sent request on HomeAdvisor for plumber for master bath toilet break, they responded in minutes and came to home in a few hours. I went and purchased a new tank unit parts replacement for the plumber. When the guys arrived they found my plug was just hardened and offered to fix it for free and not charge me the $249.00 install of the parts I purchased. This saved me over $300.00. They refused to even let me pay for a service call so instead I tipped the two guys for their honesty and generosity. I now have a lifetime plumber in Dallas and will recommend them on every social platform I use.
