"Two women and two men, one being Ed, arrived on time 7:00 a.m. in the morning. Ed brought in ladder to kitchen to clean ceiling and walls. Male helper shampoo rec room rugs (excellent job). Cleaned l/r couch and two chairs. I did not expect a heavy cleaning of furniture since we do not have children and furniture not heavily dirty. I thought it would be a light cleaning. Did not expect our l/r hardwood floors to be completely wet with water. Ed did use a cloth to try to dry. My two red chairs are velvet and 40 years old. The wet cleaning, which took a day to dry, sides and back of them have pyramid shapes across them which do not belong there.. Ed is to return to view and if there is a way to fix this flaw."

Very careful in moving furniture and in not disturbing things unnecessarily.
Shawn was very personable, dressed and groomed nicely, and professional overall.  No unwelcome openly displayed tattoos, piercings, etc like seen in so many service companies today.
We had a question about dust mites, and he took the time to research it and get back to us.
