"The house was recently purchased. It's over 150 years old and had been neglected for quite a long time. The building inspector listed pointing as the most urgent exterior repair. The house is not large but the amount of repair and pointing was extensive. Quinn Brothers was selected for the work from a short list of competitors whose cost estimates were similar. Quinn Brothers was selected because Patrick Quinn spent the most time familiarizing himself with the project and making suggestions about options. The quality of work Quinn Brothers did is top-notch. The crew worked steadily and the job was completed in the timeframe promised. Communications were excellent throughout the project, with prompt notices from Patrick about how the job was progressing and prompt responses to my texts. More masonry work is needed at the house and Quinn Brothers will be doing that work, too."

It was a challenging driveway to replace due to the limited boundaries on both sides of the driveway on an interior lot, some of which abutted custom brick walkways! "Our driveway had several large deep cracks: at the garage apron, where it met the street, one across the middle, and many smaller crack throughout. We were given an estimate to patch (cut back the asphalt at the large cracks and patch), OR to patch and resurface the entire driveway. We opted for the patch/resurface and it looks fantastic (it’s like a brand new driveway)! We also decided (last minute) to add on the sealcoat right after the paving, which Frank was happy to do. Frank was great and on-site during all of the work. All phone calls/texts were answered immediately. The estimate was accurate. One thing to note is that the weather will dictate the scheduling (which Frank told us at the estimate). We got weeks of rain after our estimate so it took almost 2 months to get scheduled, but it was certainly worth the wait. Would recommend and hire again."

"Frank and his team did a fabulous job! From start to finish Frank was helpful and informative. His experience in the concrete business was a plus. The job was a major overhaul and the finished product adds both beauty and value to our property. D&D removed an exsisting brick sidewalk, bushes, grass and iron fencing. They prepared the site and poured on two separate days to allow full access for our tenants to the building. Frank made sure the area was safely barricades while the cement cured. "Asked for plan and time to completion for the work. What I received was the bums rush and no plan. Since I didn't just fall of the turnip truck, I declined any further contact. Maybe it was just a bad day for them and they may perform nice work. I based my decision on initial contact and interaction.
