"Jimenez and Son’s was a pleasure to have around during a stressful time. During the recent heavy rain my basement flooded and my drywall was ruined, Jimenez and Son’s came out promptly and completed their work in a timely and professional manner. I hope to never have an issue with mold or water damaged drywall again, but if I do I’m calling Jimenez and Son’s!"

"Mold damage was more extensive than I had hoped. Extra outside services were advised. Not sure all of those recommendations were needed."

"A dog sitter we should have never trusted started a small fire in our kitchen while we were away and caused a lot of damage. The insurance company estimated the damages and made a proposal. I’ve reached out to LHI, who I found here on Angie’s and had them come out and do an estimate. I was concerned that the money insurance company offered may not be enough. I let the estimator know the amount the insurance company offered and he said that they will make it work. I figured I will also ask for an estimate to repaint the remainder of our home since we are already redoing the kitchen and the dining room. I felt they were very reasonable in their pricing and I decided to let them do an entire house. They did a very good job and had we had any other painting work, I would not hesitate to hire them. In the meantime, I will recommend them to anyone looking for a fire damage restoration or painting."

"I had a leak upstairs in my 2nd floor bathroom which in turn ruined most of my first floor ceiling and floors. It was stressful and I was not sure what to do first despite my insurance covering the damages. Trying to find the right people was very difficult. After much research and multiple quotes, I decided to go with JA DRYWALL. From the first day Isaias came to give me the quote, to the last day his father, George finished the painting... JA DRYWALL did what was promised and more. After each day of work, house was cleaned and livable. All of the JA DRYWALL employees were professional and courteous. It is good to know that I was able to trust a company to do the work as promised without any worries. Thank you JA DRYWALL for making my home looking like it was before the leak... It looks like a brand new ceiling. Your work and professionalism is amazing."

"Restoration 360 was a great business to work with. We had a water leak in our kitchen that flooded our whole downstairs and Restoration 360 came in and did an amazing job drying everything out. When your dealing with such a stressful event it is good to work with a company that is very competent, trustworthy, and friendly through out the whole process. Mike and Bryan were both great guys to work with and their crews worked really long and hard hours and somehow kept a good attitude and smiles on their faces. I would definitely recommend these guys in the event of any water damage problems."

"Could not use services at the time. Have not been able to contact service. Would appreciate a refund for services not rendered or would like for Mike to schedule services. Thank you"

"The owner, Shawn, is clearly busy as his next availability was two weeks out. Good for him. On appointment day, he arrived several minutes early in a clean truck and with a very good personal appearance and friendly attitude. He donned those little booties and went to work.
We haven't had the pipe cleaned in 15 years and was it ever ready! He removed a large amount of fluffy lint, cleaned up all around and was done in about 45 minutes. We feel better that we had this done and expect the dryer to run more efficiently thus saving us some money and possibly extending the life of the unit.
I notice on his card he does many other cleaning type jobs. We would certainly seek him out should the need present itself.
Thanks, Shawn, for your good work!"

"American Drainz was referred by a colleague after hearing my frustration over the cost of plumbing work I needed in my home. I had other estimates and I felt they were overpriced. My colleague was pleased with their work and their price. I tried them out and I would definitely use them again. Very professional, punctual and fairly priced. They were very caring about my home and cleaned up nicely after the job was complete."

"on time in the morning, worked from 7:30 o 4:30 4 days to complete the work.  Sanded, chalked and prepared all surfaces.  Cleaned after each day and was extremely considerate of surrounds.  No excessive persoanl calls or loud music.  All painting was well done and as specified

"It went great. We had our system installed in 2011. It took two days and we haven't had water in our basement and crawlspace since. Right Way Waterproofing did what I thought could never be done. They follow up every year and clean and check our system. I couldn't be happier. It has been the best home investment I ever made."
