"Eric removed two layers of shingles from our 40 year old roof and replaced them with new 3D Duration shingles. The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding panels. The repair which we were pursuing was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Someone referred us to Maximus and when I called and talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was due to the concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowed water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding.We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He has just finished the total project in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises. <br />"

"Excellent service. Prompt reply to email request for on site estimate and prompt visit to home for measuring and discussion on type of fencing best for the property. The weather did not cooperate on starting the job, but as soon as weather permitted work began and it only took two days. The old fence and posts were removed and new posts installed on day one and new four-foot link was installed with re enforcement along the bottom keeping the escape artist dog safely confined. The results are great. All trash and scraps were removed. Not only does the property look good the quality of the materials and work is excellent. The crew and Mr. Gonzalez were professional and respectful and the owner was on premises each day for the duration of the job. This company does construction from a new build to small jobs. "I contacted three companies, but only JUD Construction responded to my request for an estimate. I met with the sales representative and I signed the contract on 08/08/2016. The work began on 08/29/2016 (ahead of schedule! ) and was completed on 09/21/2016 (not including the Labor Day holiday). Originally the work on the porch was to be an update to improve the curb appeal, but extensive wood rot and damage from an old roof leak was found and a new roof leak was discovered. Mike and his crew developed a plan on the spot to deal with these unexpected problems which incorporated the curb appeal I was looking for. Mike contacted the original roofer for me and scheduled the roofer's workers to repair the new roof leak so I did not have to. Mike and his staff kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions. The workers arrived on time everyday and at the end of the work day cleaned up so well that I did not feel like I was living in a construction zone. I work from my home and all the JUD Construction employees were respectful of my work and time. I will definitely call JUD Construction when I have another home improvement project."
