"Robert and the team at Artistic Landscapes were so amazing to work with. After my spouse and I fell ill over the summer, we had to let the yard go, and it took us a long time to recover so we never had enough energy to catch up. By the time we called Robert, we felt embarrassed of our yard and anxious to get it resolved. "I called Savage about a sprinkler system bid on 5/14/18. I spoke with Doug, he said he could come out the next day and look at the job. Met Doug 5/15/18 and looked over the job and said he would get me a quote. So far so good. A week later on 5/22 I called Doug and asked when I should expect a quote and he told me he'd have it to me the next day. It's almost three weeks and crickets so far..I don't think I would be comfortable doing business with a company I have to chase down to get a quote. Imagine contacting them if you had a problem?"
