"What can I say?! It was another wonderful experience with Appliance guys!!! Our fridge went out right in the middle of the holiday season causing our family a lot of stress...that is until we called Appliance guys! Arianna made sure we got the first available spot and put our minds at ease. On the day of the scheduled repair Samuel came out and he was exceptional IN... EVERY... WAY! He arrived earlier than scheduled (both times), contacted us beforehand to get our ok to arrive early, wore protective booties in our home, had GREAT manners, a kind heart, and was very knowledgable and conscientious. Pricing was very fair. He knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of us completely. He ordered the part right then and there and was back in short order to get us up and running again. He was even able to improve our situation in the meantime. I've said it before and I'll say it again ... If your appliance fails don't waste time fretting or shopping around.
