"They had to come out five times for the installation of two doors. I think they bit off more than they could chew. I specified upfront that I lived in a mobile home. There was a guy that worked for them that said he know what he was doing. He got out here and he didn't. They had to experiment how to get the door level. They would get it to halfway work, and then leave. They hoped that I wouldn't notice stuff. I would really have a hard time hiring these guys again. I actually did try to hire them again, but they don't want to talk to me because they overpriced me. I called them to get another job done, and they went way, way over what the price should've been. They screwed up and they don't want to do anything anymore because they are mad at me because I didn't call them back. I wanted it done correctly. I did have another job done and that saved them. They are a little bit pricey. Once they got the doors correct, they did a good job. They were just a little inexperienced with mobile homes. It seemed like they did an awful lot of moving and tugging to get it to fit. In the end, it turned out okay. I don't know if they ordered the wrong kind of door or what caused it. The door wouldn't seal and I could see light coming into the door in the evening. I got them to come seal it tight. He told me that he has doors in his house that weren't sealed tight. I told them that I wasn't going to pay $900 a door if the doors wouldn't fit. He made me pretty angry. They sent out the manager and he got the job done. They did get it finished eventually. The end result was an "A". They did take care of me when I called back, and had somebody out the next day. They could've been a bad company and told me where to go. A bad company would've just done nothing. They tried to make it right as best they could. The only thing I didn't like was that they lost money on the first job that wasn't my fault and they were going to overcharge me for the second job to make it up. Management was professional, but the employee that works for them was a real complainer."

"Sean and his team were great! They replaced rotted wood and painted whole house. Sean constructed wood shutters and stained them, replacing old plastic ones and I love them. Neighbors already giving compliments!! I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, conscientious and hardworking crew."

"It went real well. We had to have some other work done as well. The steering pump fluid had to be replaced and the only problem they said they fixed it and I took it there for something and a different guy who was there said you may have a leak on your steering pump because there is fluid on, and I said well but I just fixed that a couple of weeks ago because the fluid gets on there. They said just bring it in and have that cleaned for you and there seemed to be a lack of communication there because they replaced it for me two weeks before and I guess they hadn't cleaned it well and this guy was like look at this. I have not taken it back in yet, but the first time I went in they said all the parts were guaranteed that they would charge me for labor."

"The man in charge handed me a form to complete an Angie's List review right there on the spot.  I wasn't satisfied with their service but I felt pressured to give them a positive review since they were standing right there.  He said they ask all their customers to complete a review on site.  If I felt pressured to write a positive review, I imagine many other customers felt the same way. Junk Bee Gone's Angie's List score isn't an accurate reflection.

The man in charge handed me a sheet explaining the rate they charge according to how much space is filled in the truck (stacking bottom to top). He took a look around and decided how much space he thought it would take to fill the truck. We agreed on $300, assuming he took everything I asked him to take.  I thought the price was high for what little items I had but I agreed since the truck was already there.  Instead of stacking items bottom to top, they threw everything haphazardly into the truck.  They told me they would donate all the items worth saving and recycle everything they could.  In the end, they broke all the donation worthy items.  I overheard the other man saying the truck load was going to the dump.  I called Junk Bee Gone because they claimed they donated and recycled items.  

One of the men ended up getting stung twice so they stopped working.  They didn't pick up any of the scrap wood or debris under the deck.  I asked them to give me a price discount since they didn't finish the work.  They refused.  I feel I over paid by at least $100.  I would not recommend Junk Bee Gone to anyone.  It's better to rent to a U-Haul and fill it yourself.  Even with the U-haul rental and the dump fee, the cost would be significantly less than $300.

Owner was very professional and knowledgeable about his business and the needs of his customers.  He brought two professional workers to do the specialized jobs and helped them complete the them.

The plumber was honest about the repair in my shower/faucet.  It had been leaking after each shower use and he determined that it needed a gasket that would cost about $40 in parts.  Since I was planning on getting a new faucet in the near future he recommended that I wait until I got the new faucet to replace it all.  Saving me $$$$!!!

The electrician did a great job installing the wall switches.  He and Mr. Hood didn't do so well on installing the TV wall bracket.  They drilled a couple of holes in one spot and then had to remove the stand and drill some other holes in the wall to get it in the right spot.   They didn't repair the original holes.  Later I removed the bracket because I got a bigger TV and didn't need the bracket.  There are four big holes in the wall that still needs repair and painted.

Overall I was very pleased with the crew.  I would still use them and/or recommend them to my friends and family.
