Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. "He and his team simply painted without patching small holes and cracks. When finished, he poured paint in the shower and down the shower drain. I called and asked him to return to clean up the paint and he said he would, so I waited and waited. I called him back and he said he was on his way out of town, this was Friday July 1, and he would come and clean his mess on Tuesday, July 5 when he returned. to date, he has not contacted me or cleaned the mess. The janitorial service cleaned the dried paint out of the shower by attaching a brush to a floor buffer. I have not heard from him."

"I had several shingles blown off of the ridge of my home during a strong storm.  I called A-1 Roofing & Home Repair, and the lady, Jill that answered the phone was very nice.  She explained to me that they had several calls due to the same storm system, and that it would be a couple of days before they could come to repair my roof.  That was ok, since the rain was over.  The next day the owner called and was on his way to repair my roof damage.   He had a crew of about 5 men.  They were all very polite and professional.  They repaired the shingles that were blown off the ridge and were finished in just a little while.  They were reasonably priced. <br /> A few months later, we experienced strong winds during another storm.  I had a huge section of shingles blown off of the front of my home.  This was in a different area of the house.  I called A-1 again, and Jill remembered me by name!  She said that the crew was in the area and would be able to stop by later the same evening.  They did,  as promised.  The owner was the one who came out both times to my home.  Again, the professionalism was to be commmended.  The crew worked quickly to repair the problem area.  I was so thankful, because there was a chance for more rain.  The fee the second time was a little higher than the first time, appoximately $300.00.  <br />"
