They were respectful of my home, great to work with, and did a fantastic job checking my chimney and gas fireplace to make sure it was safe and in working order. They "reset" the hearth, added the necessary materials, climbed a 30 foot ladder in 20 degree weather to check my chimney and provided a very detailed after-action report along with photos to give to my HOA for repairs. "Overall, the project went fine. The main concern was that the project went from May to November 2017. While the work was very well done, interruptions in the work were too frequent. Bruce is an old-school craftsman who does incredible work. He is able to produce materials that cannot be obtained otherwise. There are a few follow-up matters that need to be addressed. Our project involved removing a wall between the kitchen and a sitting room and a total tear-down from ceiling to floor. The overall result is very nice. Be sure to have a clear understanding about changes and what they may cost. Get a clear understanding about your timeline to completion. I may revisit this review when some of the remaining issues are addressed. KH"

She listens well and went above and beyond to help me pick my stone, super white quartzite, and then pick out the perfect pieces for my project. I think we moved 10 slabs around to get the perfect match. She also asked several questions and determined based on a possible future appliance change, I may need another small piece, which she incorporated. All in all, great options and excellent service. When they came, they were very thorough in sanding and scraping the doors even though that extended the time they spent on the job. Unfortunately the door stuck shut when the job was finished, but they came out the next day and solved the problem."
