We want all the details.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Brandon and Allan came out to do the air ducts - they were personable, professional, punctual, and up front about what I could expect for the outcome. They made every effort to keep the condo clean while they worked.  I was very pleased with the service provided.  If that was the only service provided they would have gotten an A from me.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <p>Then Dave and Troy came out to do the upholstery and blinds for me.  They did vacuum the most of the blinds (they missed 2 in a bedroom) and cleaned the chairs and ottoman.  Everything seemed to be going fine until they left.  I found after they left that 2 of my blinds were no longer working and they had not informed me of the fact before they left. I called to report the problem and they sent another team out the next day.  They were misinformed about the type of blind they were sent to repair and could not do anything about my broken blinds.  However they did clean the missed blinds for me at no charge. </p> <p>They told me that Jesse would contact me about next steps to resolve my problem.  It took 2 weeks and another call from me to get a response.  They are now shipping my blinds out to Levelor for repair at no cost to me.  </p> <p>Everything they cleaned for me came out looking much better, as I had hoped.  Had they handled the problem we encountered in a forthright and timely manner I would have been able to say I was generally satisfied with the service.  I think I would probably hire them again to do work for me - give them one more chance.</p> <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. "Even though Tyrone and Kingston were a few minutes late they were able to move around pieces of furniture in my home, rolled up a rug and moved boxes around in my basement.  They even gave me their opinions on pieces of furniture that they had moved as to whether they thought it fit in well in particular areas.  They moved my vacuum cleaner around wherever needed.  Tyrone and Kingston were very respectful and responsive to everything that needed to be done.  They even brought in a dolly to move around many boxes in my basement.  They were able to finish everything that I needed and more.  I would not hesitate to use them again!  <br />"

"Lack of communication and completion. John installed about 950 sq ft of luxury vinyl plan floors for us. He works shorter hours 3-6 hrs a day) so it took a quite a few days for him to install the floors. He was not able to salvage the older floor base quarter round, so he suggested vinyl cove. Then said - after ordering it - that it would be an additional install fee. We agreed on a price, and when floors were finished, we then agreed that maybe the original quarter round would be best to install given some of the “features” of existing walls making the vinyl cove difficult. He also needed to do something about my crawl space trap door. He began June 11 and left June 22. He said he could return some time after July 10 to complete the job. He was paid in full for all but the vinyl cove molding. Since then, I have procured the base molding and vinyl cove (just for kitchen and bath), but we have not heard from him. We are here only seasonally, and it has disrupted the summer to have furniture, etc out of the way for flooring and molding install for so long. I would give him a 5 for just the floors, but lack of completion and communication is the influencer of this rating."
