They also put in a new storm door and a garage side door that meant making a new doorway that's sealed properly. They answered all my questions and were respectful of the property"

"I would like to say Thank You to Mike (from DMR Handyman Services LLC). My neighbor referred Mike to me because he had done some work for her & she had nothing but good things to say about his work. I texted Mike a few months later & requested a quote. Mike came over & took a look at the work that I wanted to have him to give me a quote/estimate on. He walked into my house & walked past 2 big boxes that were sitting in my front hallway. I told him that there were 2 vanities inside. He told me that they specialized in bathroom & kitchen remodeling. He also told me that I should go on their website & see the various projects that they have worked on. A few days later, Mike emailed a quote to me for the amount he would charge for each repair or installation. I replied, That is "Very" reasonable! When Mike started the work at my house, he was very professional & worked non-stop for 2 weeks! He completed over 15 jobs! He has excellent work ethics. Great Job Mike! Thank you again!"

"Phillip was very professional in every aspect of the project. He arrived on time and worked quickly to complete the job. He made sure our wood floors were protected while working and cleaned up the left over materials when finished. He installed a ceiling medallion along with the chandelier. "Bruce arrived to start the job on time and is quite methodical, with everything going in the right order. He has the tools to do ANYTHING and completely filled our 2 car garage with tools, materials, cabinets, etc. Since everything was replaced, he had to use skills on so many levels, including dry wall, insulation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite work, painting, heating, etc. I think he truly excels at molding/trim work and the cabinet installing. Perfection. An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"
