"Worked with Lapota for 2 repairs. 1st was a roof leak repair that a different company (the one that put on the roof 7 years ago) tried to fix 4 times and failed (actually made it much worse). Lucas from Lapota found the problem in 15 minutes and it was simple enough for me to fix, so he did not even charge me. 5+ stars for this. 2nd issue was two leaking windows (this is a condo association). They have a minimum charge of $2k, so this might not be the best option for small repairs, but since they did not charge for the 1st repair, I felt it evened out. They caulked around both windows, seemed to be fixed until yesterday when one window had water intrusion again. I'll be calling on Monday. My experience has been that this is a reputable company so I am confident they'll stand behind their work. I will change to 5 stars if they do. So, in summary, this seems to be a good company but due to their minimum, probably best for projects that would normally cost $2k or more."

"Just had a shed dismantled, my garage resided, gutter replaced, and roof repaired due to a tree service next door causing damage to my property. After dealing with that fiasco, during which I was made to feel like the villain, the service I received from Accurate Roof Management was a breath of fresh air. From start to finish everyone was responsive, respectful, communicative, hard-working, and efficient, and clearly took pride in the job. They were also careful of the property, cleaned up after themselves, and were considerate enough to reinstall things like garage door keyless entry pads and extension cord brackets. I would definitely hire them again for future home improvements!"

Mike’s team of 9-10 roofers would spend 8-9 hours on the roof, then another hour cleaning the job site. Mike was on site each day, was always accessible, and ensured that the site was clean. The day after our job was complete Mike e-mailed me to let me know he was coming over to clean some minor oil spots that were left by his equipment on our driveway... I don’t expect roof issues, but if any arise I am fully confident Mike will do everything necessary to correct them."

"Our experience with Bulldog did not meet expectations. We signed an agreement and gave them our first insurance payment, only to not have any progress made/work done for two months (despite repeated follow ups) until we escalated to their office. Once work finally began, they framed one door incorrectly, corrected it, and then did the second door incorrectly as well. Despite high winds in the forecast, they did not secure the siding materials, causing us to have to chase full sheets of siding through the neighborhood so that it wouldn’t damage our neighbors’ cars. They damaged our fiber internet line, causing us to have to have it replaced by AT&T. They did not measure correctly and did not order enough siding (despite us asking about this on the second day) - They didn’t order more until the following week, and our house was left unfinished for another three weeks."
