"I’m not a part of, nor do I know anyone prior to meeting Mr. Roman Shklyar at Sunset Roofing LLC. Let me say this: I never take the time to write reviews, but I’m compelled to write this: #1. Absolutely, hands down number one in customer service! Roman’s communication, and follow through is superb! What a pleasure it was dealing with him on my roofing project! I didn’t meet his crew, but they all did a great job on the roof! #2 Roman was very knowledgeable, courteous, and straight forward. I was under promised and over delivered! He quoted me three weeks and the job was completed in less than two weeks from our initial meeting! Yes they had a time slot open up, good weather was a factor I’m sure, but he called me and said “we can come and do the roof earlier than quoted is that ok ?” #3 No surprises! I was quoted and billed the same dollar amount! They did a complete tear off, installed a new roof on my home and also replaced a missing piece of fascia. "Everything went mostly as expected with our roof replacement. 20 sections of plywood sheathing and some rafters were replaced beyond the original estimate but we were told that might need to happen, and the extra cost was specified beforehand. Project was completed in one day despite the extra work. Accidental damage was repaired promptly with care by skilled tradesperson with knowledge on how to do the specific repair. March 24, 2023."

"Over the past few years, our roof had been slowly showing wear and wind had cause a little damage each year to the point that over the past 4 ort 5 years several shingles had been replaced by ourselves. When we were looking for roofing contractors to replace the roof, this was the only Company that had us contact our insurance company to see if they would cover at least part of the damage that was cause by wind over the years. They even came out the day the insurance adjuster came to show him the damage he was seeing. This was also the only company that check the vents in the soffits to make sure that there was actual breathing space for venting and not just there for cosmetic purposes (covering up the previous wood soffit). I feel they went above and beyond what we expected out of a roofing company. Oh and by the way - their prices were very reasonable. Completely satisfied!"

"The Stellar Roofing team was extremely professional, easy to work with, timely and thorough from start to finish. Roof was replaced within two weeks of signing contract (would have been sooner but weather got in the way). Roofing crew started at 7:30 am and finished by 2:30 (100% tear off and new shingles/underlayment/flashing/and seven replacement boards) for a 2600 sq ft roof. The project manager was on sight throughout the day and answered any questions I had. Crew showed respect for property and cleanup was thorough. "On July 9 and 10th 2019, Long Construction removed our old asphalt roof and replaced it with a new one at our home in Webster, NY. I could not be happier with the job. They did everything that we had agreed to in the contract without any prompting. They arrived on time when they said they would, went right to work and did a great job. One thing that really impressed us was their concern for cleanup, they had told us at the time to make sure we cleaned off our deck furniture so nothing would happen to it, and they took excellent care of our shrubbery and our house, protecting it from the falling asphalt shingles during the tear off process. Extremely important they picked up and cleaned up at the end of every day and at the end of the job. This was quite important to us, as the last time we had a roof replaced, a lot of years ago, on another house, by another company, we were picking up trash left over from the job it seemed like years later; that was not the case with Long. When they left, you would not have known that they had been there for two days. The dumpster was delivered and picked up when they said it would. Their price was fair and competitive, and the quality of their work appeared to be excellent. The crew were all pleasant and respected our property. Mike Long the owner of the company worked alongside his crew to make sure everything was done perfect.
