The roofers themselves were professional, very careful, and extremely hard working (three 12+ hour days) JAT admin office personnel are also top notch. We live in a "fastidious" (picky) HOA community. JAT was wonderful to work with through the initial roof project documentation process. JAT was VERY patient.
