"Very friendly, very specific about all they clean - I needed the house cleaned before putting it up for sale. Both women went right to work cleaning my nearly empty home - baseboards, window sills, floors, shower walls, shined faucets, wooden spindles on the staircase, thoroughly dusted the radiators, inside the microwave, you name it, they cleaned it! Both worked steady all day, and my home was spotless. My 100 year old farmhouse looked the best it had in years. My realtor took photos for the online ad afterwards, and their hard work really showed. My house sold that week - thank you, thank you!!"

"This company was great to deal with. The owner did the work. He was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional and honest, had my concerns as his priority. He gave wonderful input in the land project, based on his extensive experience. He worked on the project the day after we spoke in the rain, and really put effort in getting the job done. This guy represents the best of his profession. In this day and age when everyone does not want to work this guy shows old fashion work ethics. This company will succeed. The owner was a "can do" person. He did not delay or make excuses for anything. He contacted me to see if I was still considering the project. He gave a very fair price on the phone and started and finished the project the next day,and this was January 4th in CNY!. I could not be happier. When we decide to go further and build I will definitely contact him again. Hire this company, you will no regrets."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
