"Technician Jim was not impressive. Was not confident when answering the questions I asked. Very contradicting.. Tried to sell product for items that were not even in need of repair. Spoke negatively about the company and made excuses as to why he could not perform his job due to lack of information from dispatch or technician manager. Said he would follow up, I never heard from him. Blessing to me, I decided to go with another HVAC company. I typically would not put names out there, but please be careful if you get this gentleman as a technician."

My system kept failing and I would have to keep calling them over every few months to service it and the charges kept pilling up. I contact another company and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost (about 10%) and we have not had any issues for over a year. Thielmann group seems like a bunch of inexperienced people that try to milk you for money. I complained and someone from the company called me directly and was very aggressive and unprofessional on the phone. Do yourself a favor and find a different company for your needs. I regretted going to them. My family suffered on several hot summer days and cold winter nights because things kept failing."
