"Ken showed up on time and worked extremely hard all day, first cleaning and then sealing all of our stone and grout. He has a genuine enthusiasm for his work and explained the process and gave recommendations for taking care of our stonework - which cleaners to use, and which not to use. He is very personable and professional and we would definitely use him again. We are in an area where new houses are being built and we will recommend him to all of our neighbors. <br />"

"Just passable. Nick was nice enough, and arranged service promptly, arrived promptly. In addition to work I requested, he suggested I clean kitchen grout on sink counter and around stove, then offered to reseal using colored paint on sealer. I couldn't tell any difference after cleaning other than that it left drips on the floor and spots on the drip pans on the stove. Nick works with headphones on and seems to like his work. However, attention to detail was lacking. The painted on grout sealant lines extended on to the tiles (not a clean line) and I had to clean up the "overpaint" after he departed. The end of the kitchen counter at wall was grouted without removing the electrical switch/outlet cover, and the line at wall was messy. When I later went to remove the switch plate to paint that area, it was grouted to the wall. I had to remove and make a clean grout line, then we repainted over the messy area on the wall. There was colored grout sealant on the floor in a couple of places and the stove was not cleaned after he did his work. Also, on breakfast bar and sink counter, he sealed only the horizontal surface and not the vertical lines, so color doesn't match in all lines on same counter. He mentioned a couple of times that "it's only a rental", but it is my property and I care about **** a good job. Original quote was $200 something, and after the add ons price was $420. Other tile cleaning and repair people I have used clean up after themselves much better, (not creating extra work for me) and do much cleaner grout lines. I'm spoiled. Was not worth $420 Professionalism gets bad rating because of the up selling and lack of attention to detail/cleanup."

"It was easy to work with them from start to finish. I contacted Zach Levy on one day and my bathroom was transformed by 2PM the following day! In order for this to happen so speedily, Zach used texting of photos to recommend a solution, provide a price, and schedule the job. Zach guided me about which photos to take. I sent him pictures of the entire tub/shower and bathroom sink counter and also provided detailed photos that showed the problems. He got right back to me with an estimate and scheduled the job. It turned out that he had an available slot the following day and that worked for me. The technician arrived on time, handled the contractual side quickly and easily, and got to work after a grout color was selected. He took precautions to keep any dust inside the room and not have it spread into adjacent rooms. The job took 6 hours and the technician asked any decision questions along the way so that the final result was exactly what I wanted. Upon asking, the technician showed me the materials they were using, They use top-notch materials with longevity. For example, the GE caulk has a 7-year no-mold warranty! The results looked great and we let it sit without use for 2 days to let everything set (36 hours was recommended by the technician). After that time the walls and sink counter were wiped down. In doing so, one small spot on the countertop rubbed off, revealing the dark, old grout below. I took an overall and detailed photo and sent it to Zach with a brief explanation. I asked if they could come back and fix this one spot. I got an immediate "yes" and we'll be getting that done shortly. Things happen. It's how it's handled that's important. Their services are expedient and professional. My bathroom is now clean as a whistle; it's a spa experience. I do have one regret - it's that I did not find them sooner! "This company does such an amazing job. James is really passionate about his work. After some construction work in my home my carpets were disgusting. Dawn called to let me know that James would be here within 30 minutes. When James arrived he got right to work. He did such an amazing job, wow, my carpets look brand new. I love the work he does. I am very pleased with the work and will make sure to call them back."

"Robert came out and looked at what we wanted and offered suggestions on what could and could not be done adequately. We then set an appointment. He arrived as scheduled, set-up the areas, and completed the repairs in a very neat and professional manner. I let it set a few days before reinspecting it, and all still looks good. <br />"

"Michael came recommended from a friend and he is accredited with the BBB. The scheduling was very easy and he was in and out within a few hours. When I first walked in, it looked like brand new carpet! I could also see a clear difference on the tile and grout. It made the room look brighter once it was cleaned. The realtor who had listed the home, came by and was impressed on how everything looked. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend MIchaal to anyone."
