"Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."

"Our home is 48 years old and the primary center support beam (3-2x12) x 24 feet, resting on 2 concrete piers dug to bedrock was beginning to sag due to the weight of a 2-story house above. Cracks were appearing in the walls, and doors wouldn't close. The crawl space under the house was only 15-18 inches high, but the Thrasher crew was able to crawl under the house and install 8 supporting steel plates and screws, and bring the floor above the beam back into level. The doors now close and the wallboard cracks will be repaired at a later date. The Thrasher crew showed up on time and took only 5 hours to complete the work. They were professional and efficient.
