"Andrew arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, and got to work. He was conscientious of our wood floors and molding when bringing his equipment into the house. The equipment seemed heavy duty and newer. Beware, a vacuum truck does make a fair bit of noise for this type of service or carpet cleaning. I was a bit skeptical at how big of a difference you would see on ceramic tile, but on the lighter tile in our master bathroom, this cleaning made a huge difference. Be sure to pick up the area to be cleaned, this type of cleaning will get some steam in the area to be cleaned. Everything was dry within an hour of cleaning.  <br /> I would recommend tile cleaning from MetroSource services. The service was effective, prompt, and a good value. Tile cleaning might not make your yearly home maintenance list, but it does make a significant difference, maybe every few years."

"The Berber he did dried fine within about 24 Hours. The short shag is yet to be completely dry with out feeling damp if you stand on it in stocking or bare feet. They should know that the shag is going to be slower to dry and spend more time vacuuming it, or shorten the vacuum hose from truck to work area.The carpet that was slow to dry was upstairs and the hose should have been shortened due to the closer work area.....or at thme very least tell us that we are going to have to borrow fans of our to get the thing dry enoughk to put furniture back..."

I needed the tile in my kitchen and bathroom repaired after buying a "fixer-upper" house. Jaun came in and gave a fair estimate and explained the process in detail. He was extremely professional and friendly at every meeting. If you are like me, you may be jaded by service providers saying they will be at your house at a certain time and showing up hours later. Not so with Jaun. He was punctual and the job was done when he said it would be. The tile looks absolutely outstanding. I cannot sing his praises enough! "They came out on time and put up the plastic.  I was told when we could schedule the removal, however we ran into a problem with the stain.  This delayed us by a couple of days.  They came by on the day and time scheduled, but we're unable to complete the removal, due to no fault of theirs.  They came back two days later and removed everything and completed the clean up.  Using them will definitely save some time for us. <br />"
