"I hired Something Constructive to build a 12' by 16' second story 3 season room with a storage shed below. The owner of the company, Patsy Ciccalla, met with us and asked us how we wanted the room to look. He then designed the room to those specifications. Patsy was there each day, working with and supervising his team. It was a complex and multi-faceted project that required coordinating other contractors (masons, electricians, gutter installers, etc.) and ordering and scheduling the arrival of materials in a timely manner. His whole team (Jacob, Ernesto, and Jesus) was very accommodating and easy to work with. When we asked for a change in the plan, it was not a problem. They stressed to us that they wanted us to be happy with the final product and encouraged us to tell them what we wanted or if we wanted something done differently. They worked on our project every day until it was completed; they did not, as other contractors do, go off and work on another project for a few days and then come back to your project. The 3-season room turned out beautifully with a vaulted white pickled pine ceiling, 10 double hung windows and laminate flooring. The shed below with access to the basement was designed to house a riding mower and serve as a tool shed with peg board walls. We have received many complimentary comments on how nice the addition looks and how well it blends with the rest of the house. We are very glad that we had the addition done and would recommend Something Constructive to anyone thinking of building on to or needing work done on their home. "We secured bids from several plumbers.  Sussex Plumbing provided the most detailed estimate at a competitive price.  We selected Sussex for this work. <br> <br>This was a very large project and had an additional challenge because some of the pipes were cast into the slab foundation of the house.   Routing the new pipe through the old pipe under the slab was not a good option, because it would significantly constrict the diameter of the pipes and water pressure,  Plus it there was a problem with these pipes they would not be accessible.  We agreed to reroute the pipes inconspicuously in kitchen facia and the ceiling.    <br> <br>Sussex completed this large scope of work on time as scheduled.  We are very pleased with their work which was very neat and included helpful notes to help should the pipes need to be accessed as a later date.   Finally on their recommendation we replaced the water heater with a 'low boy' unit which saved a lot of space in our utility closet.  "

"Our experience with Guardian has been nothing but exceptional. From the beginning they insured that our home was safe from additional damage by covering exposed areas of the roof until the insurance company could coordinate with Guardian. Guardian was there to coordinate with our insurance company adjuster and make sure all the local code requirements to install the new roof were met. The materials used are top notch, giving us an ice and water shield and a 50 year warranty on the roof, that will long out last us. During the roof install the crew was here early, covered all the bushes and shrubs, worked quickly and efficiently, and were finished by mid-afternoon. They made sure all debris and nails were picked up like they were never here. These guys know what they are doing and are professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that I know."
