Six hours after my original call, he had the crawl space drained and had installed a new utility pump. He was efficient and friendly and did a really, really good job! I highly recommend him. "Bud and his Team did an outstanding job of construction. We did inspections of the work every few days to ensure that everything was going to plan and to our liking. If we say things that we did not like they were addressed that day or the next without a lot of back and forth and explainations as to why something was the way that it was, It was addressed to our standards. We made a few modifications to the plans during the process and the price decreased and that was discussed and was taken off of the final negotiated price of the project. I also liked the fact that we paid during phases of construction and a final payment was agreed upon after we both were satified that everything on the punchlist was satified. They did an excellent job and I look forward to working with them again"

Their quote was very close between LCH, but what sold me on LCH was how the contractor, Keenan, communicated with me during the quote assessment, and I am so glad I decided to move forward with him. Keenan was highly communicative, ALWAYS punctual, showed up every day (for over three months), gave up-to-date updates every week, cleaned up after every shift, and on top of all that, he was really pleasant to be around. I work from home, so we interacted daily. His creative problem-solving skills amazed me. He has this great ability to provide the highest quality of work even when something unexpected comes up, which often happens in houses as old as mine. He focused on delivering my vision, never looking for shortcuts or the easy way to do things. For most people, the longer they're in business, the more they lose integrity in their work.
