"We had a leak in our roof that for years I'd been trying to figure out from where it was coming. Water is tricky because where you're seeing it doesn't mean that's the source ("water finds a way"). Finally decided to call in an expert and Adam Vaillancourt Roofing was the first company that was listed in a Google search. Customer service is very important to me when doing any work to our home, which is our biggest investment. I called and spoke with Cat Vaillancourt to set up an appointment. We met with sales rep Jose Luna, who conducted a thorough inspection and found the leak easily. His presentation about the company and how they do their work was impressive and Jose was very professional. The meeting included a video that Jose shot while on our roof in which he explained not just the issues that were found but WHY the work was needed. He patiently answered all our questions and never pressured us into agreeing to anything. It's our money, it's our decision, he said. After meeting with Jose, we didn't hesitate to sign a contract immediately to get the work done. One of the biggest factors in signing was that the folks who do the work are company employees, not contractors. Fast forward a few weeks later and Paul Camarro and his crew showed up at the house on time and ready to work. When they were done, Paul showed us photos of the completed repair work, so I knew they delivered as promised. Jose is in the process of making a follow-up appointment so that he can inspect the job and make sure that we are completely satisfied. From Cat Vaillancourt and Mary Kay Macfarlane in the office to Jose to Paul, every person we dealt with at Vaillancourt was fantastic and professional. Their emails often include the signature, "The Team at Vaillancourt Roofing" and it's obvious that they truly are a team. We will absolutely be calling Vaillancourt in a few years when our roof needs to be replaced. Highly recommend!"

"I first called another roofer who never came inside to look at the stains or went up on the roof. That roofer said by visual inspection he could tell I did not need a new roof and his company only dealt with replacements. But, he hazarded a guess at what was wrong and said if anyone actually went up on the roof, it would cost around $800. I then called Farina who scheduled an estimate; they arrived on schedule. The gentleman came inside and took pictures of the stains. I received an estimate about a week later and was asked to agree to it or not by email. I agreed and about another week passed and they showed up at my house to do the work, again going inside first to look at where the stains were. The actual work took less than an hour-so far, so good. Assuming that the leak is fixed, the only thing that could have been better was if I was told beforehand when they would do the work, instead of their just showing up. Luckily, I was home."
