"Our experience with MA Design and Construction Co was seamless from start to finish. From the initial consult with a project manager to working directly with the owners of the company our front door project was as easy as renovations in your home can go. They were flexible about timing, communicative, and very easy to work with. We initially had our two front doors replaced and ended adding a portico to the front entrance as well. Marc, Raquel and their crew of many were able to accommodate our last minute request and finished the job with out pause. The carpenters and painters worked cleanly and did not leave any trace of their work behind, which is important for me with a dog, a few cats and small children. I look forward to working with this company again on the numerous projects around our home!"

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

We had them do four jobs - replace a water damaged exterior wall section, replace and paint the interior trim around a new door, replace tile in our entryway and around our fireplace, and replace and paint a number of sections of Hardie board siding. all jobs were done quickly and well. "It went very well.  Brian & Sara kept in contact with me to ensure everything was going well, mostly by text which was great and convenient for me.  One crew did the roof and another crew did the soffit & fascia.  I have an old house so there were some areas needing unexpected attention which Brian was quick to point out and ensure it was fixed.  After the roof was complete, we had several days of rain.  At the time of the massive rain storms,  I was not living at the house but when I stopped by I seen the roof windows had leaked water onto the floor, I called Sarah and she sent someone over within an hour of my call.  The roof has not leaked since.  Both crews were professional and friendly.  Once I am able, I hope to have windows put in.  I of course plan to shop Angie's List again and have several estimates, but I have a feeling that I will be sticking with Brian & Sara.  Thank you Atlantic Coastal Enterprises.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
