"I'm very happy with my new fence. I'm not sure if I would recommend Allied, however, due to the poor communication. On several occasions, I was told by a receptionist or representative that someone would call me later in the afternoon, and yet no one would bother to call me back. The job had to be rescheduled multiple times, and on one of those occasions they didn't let me know until the last minute, which interfered with my work schedule. I was told the job *might* take 2 days due to the size of my fence. It took 2 days because they had to let the cement set around the posts overnight before putting up the pickets--they should have explained that when the job was scheduled so I would have been expecting it and could mention it to my neighbors (since we all have pets). The fence itself looks great and the workers were professional and left my yard clean. Communication with the company, on the other hand, was extremely frustrating."

ATX was more detailed in inspecting the old fence than other companies I got estimates from before creating their estimate. Estimate/price was fair. Work/craftsmanship/materials were excellent. Owner and crew were pleasant to deal with. You must be patient with communications as owner handles office and construction."
