We were so happy with his work that we came back this year to get the patio screened-in. He continued to follow-up with us (despite our late replies), and then once the contract was signed, his team was out and building our screen within 2 weeks. They were even able to accommodate our custom dog door in the patio. Again, great quality work - would definitely recommend!"

"We had an excellent experience with Roland and Castillo Construction. Our enclosed patio had rotten boards and old windows and needed to be completely redone. The bid was very reasonable, and Roland made a number of suggestions that improved on our ideas for the project, like using a sliding glass door instead of swinging doors. The work was done in a timely manner, and all the crews did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Roland is very attentive to the details, communicates well, and is easy to get along with. "Overall I was happy with the job - I was selling my house and just didn't have time to do all the extra little things so I called in some help here. They were quick with scheduling and flexible with the job in the case I had any other tasks in the two hour period.  <br /> The Handyman took care of it well, and the Scheduler was pretty well versed in telling me what supplies he'd need. However, I think he would have preferred a different type of caulking, because he had some trouble with the kind I had being a bit more sticky than he was used to. He ended up getting it done fine, but it could have gone a little more smoothly for him and cleanly for me if he had the caulking he preferred. However, he could also have used some painters tape to make it a little easier/less messy - but every person has their own way of doing things I suppose.  <br /> I'd use them again, but I think I would insist on just having a five minute call with the actual handy man before the job to see if there were any particular materials, tools, or brands of materials he'd prefer to use. The Scheduler is knowledgeable, but like I said - every person has their own way of doing things and types of tools they do better with - especially if the job is cosmetic (like caulking). <br />"
