"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"We hired HRTI to replace the shake roof on our house with a concrete tile roof. After replacing the roof, we realized that we needed to paint the house and hired HRTI again to do the painting. They did a very good job and worked with us to get everything the way we wanted it. After the painting, we had some water leakage around a window box. We contacted Greg, and he got some workmen out quickly to address the issue. We are very happy with the services that HRTI provided."

"The company owner provided an estimate within the short timeframe he promised. I asked for a roof and siding estimate as I knew I needed to replace my roof, but was unsure about siding. When we discussed his estimate, he was very helpful in walking me through the roof estimate. I told him that I wasn't going to do the siding right now and he said I really didn't need to as my house is in really good shape! Once I scheduled the job, the owner came to my house and walked me through what would happen and we reviewed my color options. The crew arrived early on the scheduled date and had the job done on the same day. They cleaned everything up well and the roof looks great! During a follow-up call with the owner, he answered all my questions, I am very happy with this job!"

"had a leak in our bathroom. from a ladder  we noticed the vent pipe boot on the vent pipe for our kitchen was rotten off. which was allowing water to run into the roof when it rained. could not check the main pipe as it was too far up the roof. neither of us are able to get on the roof. called several roofers to have some one to check it for us. the gal at versatile said that someone from their office could check it out for us. that  they would call back later with a date 7 time. with in the hour she called back & said that Mike would be in our town later that day & he would stop by & see what was going on. by 2 pm that afternoon Mike called & was in town. he stopped by got on the roof to check out what was going on. said the roof looked good. but that the air vent pipe boot on the main vent was rotten off. He put a temporary fix on it to keep the rain out until he could come back & fix it right. We had been able to slid a new boot over the air vent pipe to the kitchen earlier. mike checked it & sealed it up better. a couple of weeks Mike came back & put a new boot on the main air vent pipe & sealed it up. A BIG thanks to Mike we no longer have a leak in our bathroom. now we can go ahead with our bathroom remodel. The next time We need any roof work We will be calling Versatile Roofing!!!!!! <br />"
