"First off, they answer the phone so that's a good start.  We made an appointment for them to stop and look at what I wanted done, and they were on time for that appointment and they called before they were coming.  Estimate was mailed and I called and scheduled the work to be done.  Again they called before they came and again they arrived on time.  Performed work as per the estimate, we tested the hydrant, they showed me the shut-off valve, what they did etc.  Received bill in the mail and the bill was actually about $40 less than the estimate.  Almost too good to be true.  If there were any negatives, it would be that the helper for the plumber working outside was smoking while doing some work .  That's all I have to nitpick about.  I will use them going forward, and I have used them again since this.  Same results. <br />"
