The installation professional arrived early and was totally prepared to install my curtains into a very old, solid concrete wall. He even offered extra advice for using and treatment of the curtains. "Update: on 12/15/2020 the Installation team lead by Brian, he and Dennis worked so hard to install 28 plus blinds for my home. They are so courteous and very professional and hard working to install each blinds and throughout the installation keeping me updated and informed. I think they skip lunch and worked to very late afternoon and they determined to complete installation. Brian is a very excellent lead staff. They are very organized and explained to you in details how they plant to install. Both Brian and Dennis are such great team staff. They made very neat and clean during and after installation. "Nick came to my house and had great suggestions for my shutters. When the time name for the installation, the shutters were misplaced for a couple of weeks and I kept calling to see where they were. They were finally located and installed. The was a chip on one shutter and I had to ask if that was going to be repaired before the installer left. He did fix the chip, but I feel he should have seen it and repaired it without my asking. Overall the products is nice and I would use them again."

"Superb. The front-end sales process was efficient and informative with Bob, and then Mike came out to do the tinting. He was on time, courteous and professional. He also did a great job. We will do some more films soon. They did a sunroom full of windows and slider, an upstairs office, and a 2nd floor foyer window. Could note the difference almost immediately. We went with a nearly transparent film because we wanted to retain the view of the outside and block heat and UV (floors/furniture). We had quality shades installed previously but they were insufficient and closed up the room. We wish we would have put the film on first."

We had a problem with the screen door on the sliding glass door that I had done. They came out until it was fixed. They eventually had to replace the screen door."
