"Hugh Keith and son are truly professional. Hugh Keith III did assessment, printed pictures on the spot, provided an exacting estimate and explained process. Hugh Keith Jr. foremaned the effort, taking the time to call, text and email situational updates. Roof was started on Monday. Upon completion of the back effort, Mr. Keith provided pictures and description of what was to follow. Front roof including slates was completed Tuesday with pictures, phone call, text and email. I was worried about them messing up my front yards or patio furniture. Not a sign of any work being done either day. In fact, they hauled away old satilitte dishes and old slate peallings that was all over the porch roof. Outstanding service. Highly recommended, especially for DC homes. Called others roofers, but Keith and Company's responsiveness and initial customer service sold me. I was not disappointed after enlisting their work. 5 year warrantee, but they told me I probably would not have to worry about the roof again and I believe them. Highly recommended."

"The salesman, Jon, arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and gave a brief but comprehensive presentation. He provided a timely quote to replace the roofs of our 20-year old townhouse and garage. The price was right in-line with expectations and significantly less than a competitor that wanted to seek partial reimbursement through our homeowners insurance. It took the roofers two days to complete the job. They were very careful to protect our deck railing. Overall they did a terrific job on the roofing and cleaned up well afterward. "From start to finish, WE Griffin Roofing did outstanding work. An important aspect as that they are both a roofing company as well as a gutter company, and in our case both sets of expertise were needed. We obtained three bids, and decided to choose WE Griffin because Matt Hoffman gave us such an insightful analysis and estimate of the work needed. We had purchased this house (a 1962 split level) last year, and the gutters were literally falling off their fascia boards and also the fascia boards were coming apart as well. Mr. Hoffman diagnosed that potentially extensive roof repair would also be required, including both the rafter tails as well as the sheeting under the shingles near the edges, and including that work in his estimate along with the gutter and trim replacement. His estimate of the work needed turned out to be very accurate as many of the rafter ends and a whole section of sheeting on the back side were rotted and needed repair/replacement. The crew was similarly excellent; they arrived on site as scheduled and worked tirelessly for nearly 4 days to do all the repair work, replace all the fascia boards, replace some of the missing cladding that had also come off in places, and install a complete set of new gutters. Each day when the crew left they tidied up the site very nicely, and at the end of the project the yard was completely clean. They worked very carefully with a lot of attention to detail. The outcome is that we now have gutters as well as fascia boards and cladding that all look spectacular! We are very pleased with their work."

The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day.
