"Daniel, one of the partners came, analyzed the problem and ordered parts to repair the dishwasher at a very reasonable price. He came back the next day to replace the pump and found that there was a further problem that could not be detected the day before. It turned out to be the computer board which would have cost more than most new dishwashers. He suggested that we just buy a new dishwasher and forego the repair. He only charged us the $75 Service Call even though he was there two days in a row for at least an hour each time. "Bk came out to look at the exhaust fan for the stove, worked on it, found the problem, let me know the cost of labor and the parts. He stayed in communication with me as the parts were being ordered and then when i had a problem with my dryer, as they came to fix they exhaust fan, they also took a look at the dryer. We hired them to fix this and clean it out and now it works better than before. He also gave me tips on how to keep the dishwasher clean/unclogged and the washer.
