They installed the new piece and completed the job on the third day as scheduled and as quoted. Francisco and his team worked to ensure that the home improvements were to my liking and that they were suitable down to the very last detail. "Mr. Ferree arrived on schedule, had the necessary parts, saw immediately what needed to be done, completed the job in a workmanlike manner, and showed me how to use the new "sharkbite" fittings he installed--they are different than those in the rest of my house. I would not hesitate to call him again for plumbing repairs.
The only negative involved communication in advance. Apparently he was ill for a few weeks, but I was unable to get a reply for some time after I purchased the special offer. In future I will expect better communication.

"Our entire home was completely renovated inside and outside.  It is a small style cottage  home in the Camp  Hill area.  I wrote a previous review when they started and now we are at the end of the project.  Our overall experience with this company has been nothing short of incredible!  The entire team was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional.  They went over and beyond to do whatever we asked them to do.
