"Awesome job by Dale helping us design out kitchen remodel!!"

"J M Construction was hired to demo two decks and replace the upper level deck with a screened-in porch/deck and replace the lower deck. The covered portion of the upper deck is 20x14 and the uncovered portion is 11x16. The lower level deck is 30x14. Azek was used for the decking and conceal clips was used to avoid seeing screws. Vinyl railing was used and all posts were either wrapped in aluminum or vinyl sleeves, so the project will be virtually maintenance free. The porch has a gable roof and the ceiling was finished with a vinyl. The project also included a new roof on the entire house, new soffit, new gutters and down spouts, replacing a window with a sliding door to access the porch from the dining room. Dwayne, Shane, Jeremy, and Donovan did an excellent job and were very accommodating with changes we made along the way. We are very pleased with our new porch and deck and have received numerous compliments."

"I reached out to a lot of other construction companies before signing contract with Tradesman construction. Thorough professionals, prompt responses, no surprises! Special shout out to Hunter Lewis, always provided cost effective options for problems, always available for quick questions, timely updates on project progress, polite and patient. It was a pleasure working with Tradesman Construction for my basement finishing project and I would highly recommend them for any remodeling, basement finish or any such projects!!"

"We had Home Pros Remodeling of Central Pa remodel our kitchen in 2020 and were thrilled with the design by Andrea Woodall and knew we would hire them back to remodel 2 bathrooms. Andrea's design and product choices were perfect for our home again. We had 1 full bath and a powder room. We ended up with 2 full baths and again are thrilled with the final product. The project started 2 months earlier than expected which is unheard of in the construction business and was completed on time. From our kitchen remodel to now they hired some great people, adding Terrell in customer service was a smart move as he is a great communicator. Mark, the project manager, Kevin the project foreman, Rahn the plumber and all others that worked on this project were professional, dependable, gave us suggestions and just good people. And then Lee came to do final painting touch ups and his work and his work ethic was amazing. I work in the construction industry and am very aware that most construction projects come with issues, I am happy to say this one had very few."

"Carlito and crew did an excellent job. He seemed to make very sound suggestions about exactly what structural improvements were needed to the porch, and what was good to leave as it was. New screen and stain looks great. Crew was nice and picked up well. Katheryn in the office was also super helpful. Excellent company."
